Try STIGA rackets and blades for 30 days

What does this mean?

At STIGA, we want you to feel completely confident in your choice of padel, badminton, tennis, pickleball racket or table tennis blade. We understand that you want to test, feel and play with the racket or blade before you decide. That's why we now offer the exclusive opportunity to test these products for 30 days. Do you like the products? Keep them! If not, return them to us and get your money back. (Please note, this offer does not apply to: pre-strung rackets and pre-glued table tennis rackets, which includes all our table tennis rackets that are starred, such as Hobby - 5*)

How does it work?

Choose your products: Add up to two unstrung rackets, padel rackets, pickleball paddles or blades to your basket and complete your order.
Test play: Once you've received the rackets or blades, we recommend that you test them properly, as it takes some time on the court or at the table before you get a feel for the playing characteristics of a new racket. For unstrung rackets, we recommend stringing them according to your preferences, and for blades, we recommend gluing on your favourite rubbers. Please note that only STIGA glue may be used. If any other glue is used during test play, we reserve the right to refuse a return.
Make up your mind: If you love the rackets, keep them! If not, return them to us within 30 days from the time of order. In case of test play of blades, pull off your rubbers and return only the frame. For test play of unstrung rackets, remove the strings and return the racket only.
Easy returns: If you decide to return, make sure the products are in acceptable condition and return them to us. Please note that an administration fee of SEK 200 will be added and deducted from the refund.

Conditions:

Applies to all our unstrung rackets and blades: You can try all our rackets and blades for 30 days, except those with a discount of 20% or more. Please note that pre-strung rackets and pre-glued table tennis rackets are not included in the 30-day trial, i.e. hobby rackets or star labelled rackets.
Twice a year: The offer can only be used twice a year per consumer per product category.
Maximum two models: You can test up to two different models at the same time.
Abnormal wear and tear deduction: If the product shows signs of abnormal wear and tear or is damaged, a deduction will be made.
Return fee: An administration fee of 200 SEK will be charged for returned products.

How long do I have to test the racket or blade?
From the time of ordering, you have 30 days to test your product extensively. We recommend that you plan at least two sessions on the court to make the right decision.
Can I keep a racket if I like it?
Yes, if you like your racket, you keep it and continue playing with it.
How many rackets or blades can I test at once?
You can test up to two rackets or blades at the same time.
Where do you offer racket and blade trials?
At the moment we offer the possibility to test play for 30 days in all markets that can shop on stigasports.com.
Why do you charge a fee if I don't keep the racket or blade?
The £200 fee covers the cost of grips, quality control, administration, shipping and returns.
How can I return the product if I am not satisfied?
Fill in the return form by selecting ‘Try for 30 days’ - follow the instructions you receive from us and return the parcel.

What products are included in the 30-day trial offer?
The offer applies to table tennis blades that are not glued before delivery, padel rackets, pickleball paddles and unstrung tennis and badminton rackets.
How do I get a refund?
Your money will be refunded within 14 days of us receiving your returned racket or blade. If you paid with Klarna, the amount will be refunded directly to your bank account there.
What happens if I forget to return the rackets?
Then we assume that you are satisfied and want to keep your racket. At STIGA, we offer the market's most generous trial period of 30 days from the time of ordering.
Does the trial also apply to pre-glued table tennis rackets or stringed rackets from the factory or STIGA?
No, the trial only applies to blades and unstrung rackets. You may of course glue on your own rubbers if you use STIGA's glue. If you choose to send the blade back, simply remove your rubbers. The same applies to rackets, you may of course string them with your favourite strings. If you choose to return your racket, simply remove your strings.
